I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. One of the best aspects was the amazing staff. Esteban in the bar and breakfast lounge was always friendly and upbeat, and Elvisa at the front desk was great. The hotel facilities were impressive and clean, including the parking and transportation options. Additionally, the location was excellent, with easy access to everything in this city. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served each morning.

We had an amazing Christmas vacation! The bar and breakfast lounge were the best places to be with awesome service from Esteban. Elvisa who was on front desk made our stay great by being welcoming and informative. The location was perfect as we were able to access various skiing points.
The jacuzzi was out of order and the lounge area was not so inviting. The lighting was also not very cozy and did not give the warm homely atmosphere that you would want after a long day at the slopes.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. The bar and breakfast lounge are well-served by Esteban, who is always cheerful. Elvisa provides excellent service at the front desk. The hotel is ideally located for skiing and has excellent facilities.
The lounge area and lighting leave a lot to be desired as they are outdated, sterile, and chilly. Improvements are needed to make the lounge area more cozy and inviting for guests to spend time in after skiing or supper.

Our family had a wonderful stay. Esteban's charming attitude in the bar and breakfast area made mornings very enjoyable. Elvisa at the front desk exceeded our expectations. Our room had great views and a luxurious, clean bathroom. the breakfast spread was perfect before hitting the slopes. the lighting in the lounge area was a bit lacking, but we appreciated the comfortable seating and bar facilities. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi, when it was working, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was spot on.
